Intermittent web application unavailability

Earlier today the web application (nexuserp.dev) was intermittently unavailable, with requests timing out. The cause was a fault in an internal monitoring component that could make the application stop responding without crashing, which delayed automatic recovery.
Service has been fully restored. We have deployed a safeguard that automatically restarts the application if it ever becomes unresponsive (cutting recovery from hours to about a minute), and a permanent fix that removes the underlying fault is completing rollout.
No customer data was affected, and background processing, the database, and the real-time messaging layer continued running normally throughout. If an action failed during the affected windows, retrying it now will succeed. Apologies for the disruption.
